How can you learn the method?
Fall in love with your face again!
The choreography is a short, intense movement sequence of facial muscles in extraordinary collaboration. Even though the sequence can be completed in 7-8 minutes, we learn to build up this “facial ballet” gradually, step by step, with precision, and adjusted to individual needs. The workshops are held in small, supportive groups of 4-6 people where each participant gets the time and attention necessary to learn and address individual issues.
When to start practising the method?
It is always easier to maintain what we have. I would say, starting in the late twenties is optimal. On the other end, my oldest client is 74. Start now, whatever age you are at. Your facial features and tissues will certainly rejuvenate, you will look more taut, fresh, radiant, healthy and young.

About the development of the method
I had always been The program is the result of my years of research and experimentation with toning the muscles of the face, skull, neck, and chest. The system became more and more focused, rapid, and powerful with time. It is a scientifically sound exercise program: cosmeticians, doctors, and bodywork specialists experienced and evaluated the protocol. We all know that mindset has a serious influence on how we age. With a holistic approach, integrated with my coaching, acting, and bodywork experiences, the workshops aim to motivate in-depth, lasting positive change on all levels.
I started developing it around the age of 40. Now, almost 20 years later, people I meet most often think I am 10-15 years younger than my age. Quoting from one feedback I got: “the results of this research are literally on Agnes’s face, which is smooth, radiant, and expressive without looking artificially tight.”

About me
About 10 years ago, the signs of aging on my face started to frustrate me. It was difficult for me to accept the changes in my skin, the pulling power of gravity also affected my mood. A book about an ancient German facial training method drew my attention to the muscles on the face and their training and toning possibilities. I quickly got bored of his technique, I found it too cumbersome, so I started to develop facial exercises based on my own choreography. During the development, I also built on the body-awareness I gained as an aqua-relaxation facilitator, as well as my experience as an actor in commedia dell'arte. The series of facial rejuvenation exercises I developed over the years has become part of my daily routine. I spend barely 5-8 minutes on it. Although I don't use any special cosmetics, mechanical or cosmetic treatments, I still look 10-15 years younger than my age.
